My grandparents this year just decided to send everyone a check instead of buying them gifts this year. Granted, I got some pretty cool stuff from them this year instead of some crappy shirt from Kohl's, but uh, it's going to be REALLY weird Christmas Eve when the family's all together and I'm unwrapping a gift from them and they don't know what's in it.
I mean, the ENTIRE FAMILY knows about this, because they were all sent checks, too. Hooray for awkward Christmases!!
