In a word?

No.

Big rack, but has big teeth too. Also is slightly standoffish at times.
Well I was just going to say you could make her your secretary or something if you got some pull in the company.. That would be nicer than getting canned.

This one is too easy. You are not bad. Its the universe as it should be. Look out for your own.

Now, if your father doesn't have more trust in you than any other employee he has maybe there is something else wrong. But personally I am going to try and keep something I have invested most of my life in over someone that has worked for me for a little over a year.

Yeah, that's right. You go south as south can be and make her forget her name, let alone the job thing.
Um.... when did the spirit of Skarr possess Dooo. I don't know this dirty fish but he ain't the bluegill I know!

Here's a solution to the problem...
Cut her up and leave her hanging from a meat hook in her office. Works every time.

Or you could take a dive on the short sword, yourself.

all retarded serial killer jokes aside, I got a job because of a family member once, and eventually a group of 9 related people got me screwed. (still waiting on my injury settlement though HA!) I got the reference based on my abilities, and the fact that no one else knew someone, and temps sucked.
The family group that was in there went too far and (we) got one canned. six months later, they seized a rare opportunity at a coup, and started eliminating non-loyalists. I felt like I was in russia or some crap. It only took a day or two for the others to get their knife in the back. And after forcing them to a stalemate I bowed out, the constant stress, hostile environment got the better of me. It was about this time I also decided I would applaud all their deaths.
I have to do this:
If one of you should read this, and know who you are, know that I will be watching. I will be there to urinate on your headstones. And should I see you trapped in your burning vehicle, I would hold back passing samaritans with only one thing to say... "let them burn."

Hope she takes it as well as I did Deltar, I was going to hack them all up, but felt merciful.

You don't suck, man. Circumstances. That's all Life is really about. To me it sounds like your more qualified for the job anyway. It doesn't matter how you got the job. I would've answered yes, you do, if you could honestly say she's the better worker. But that doesn't seem to be the case. The best thing you, and your boss, could do is give her 'warning' that she needs to find another job. It's just the honorable thing to do.
