i'm sorry, but people like you are why CSR turnover rates are so huge and they gotta outsource to india...the guy was being polite and profession and you were being a jackass from the start...

i run the game on a 64 meg card by the way, and a gig of slowwww ram...it runs kinda crappy, but its very much playable....

so i dunno what to tell ya on that, but you could use a bit of an attitude adjustment on dealing with a CSR. Its not his fault your computer sucks

:)

Lets not forget the managerial decisions that put these guys in the position of taking such complaints. Not to mention with SOE CSR's bad treatment seems to be something that goes both ways. I have had one live incursion with a CSR and I was very nice. The CSR, however, was an ass and couldn't help anyway.

In regards to behavior, somehow I doubt after witnessing what goes on in Dohrian that you have never caused a CSR a headache or two.

He wasnt the first i talked to. Also, I have worked in customer service for several years myself. I am sick of getting the run-around when I have a problem. Every time I have an issue with this game they give me answers that are helpless. This time I was hoping there was something on their end that they knew, since they should know their product. Of course that's what I was hoping the other times.
Fact is, they could have told me they shafted their customers. If I am going to need to buy more RAM every time they come up with an expansion, maybe I should reconsider playing. pre JTL 256 runs the game fine. Pre-ROTW my 512 ran the game fine. Maybe they are in the business of selling RAM sticks instead of games. If you have the original game and you dont want to play the expansions, the requirements change. So now I'm strongarmed to upgrade, why not just buy the new game while I'm at it.
If they respected their customers they wouldn't have bent me over by changing the GAME REQUIREMENTS and not the GAMEPLAY.
Yes the CSR is just taking the heat for some suit raking in money. But the complaint needs to go somewhere.
And jobs are going to India because its harder to track and sue companies for breaking the new telemarketing law. If you want to keep jobs in the US, buy US products!
Of course thats antother rant completely.
