Why wouldn't it be???!!! I mean Why didn't I think of it before?

Copper is hard and it isn't very conductive, so those are both pluses!

but see the problem is you have to use Beryllius Codoan Mythra Platinite Polysteel Thallium Conductive Borcarbitic Copper that is only found on Alderaan...so good luck with that... :)

If Boba got Jango's hand-me-down Mandalorian, why is Boba's green and Jango's blue?

And I don't want any frickin' "Armor Repaint Kit" answers.
Rain it turns everything green. Like the statue of Liberty.
So you're telling me the secret ingredient in Mandalorian armor is COPPER???
Actually, the secret ingredient is marshmallow fluff...it's the stuff that holds the universe together, as well as Mando armor.

Handy in extreme survival scenarios too. He can break down the armor and eat some Blob Candy fluff. Makin' s'mores with his wrist flamethrower....

Face it. Fett's got the "Swiss Army Suit".

(And for yet another thread derailment, anyone else find it funny that the country that hasn't fought a war in 150 years has the most famous army knife in the world? Maybe, not....just me. Heeha)

I'm sure the armor probably became worn out and Boba had to find another set. His set actually looks more like Death Watch mandalorian armor then the SuperCommando armor.

Contraty to popular belief, there is still quite a few sets of this stuff floating around the galaxy. I'd say atleast 1-200 sets probably in our time frame.

No set of armor was ecactly alike either. Each person wore different colors and had different customizations. The most common pisces were the chest, helmet, and bracers. Everything else was pretty much at the soldiers discretion.

Ha, yeah. I'm sure it has to do with its civilian usefullness. I think given the choice, any soldier would rather go into battle with a K-bar than a Swiss Army Knife.

Unless of course you were going to have a toothpick war. Then, the choice is obvious.

Derailed! Yay!!!

I still think it's a matter of Leia doesn't realize that she didn't know her 'real' mother till 'after' Luke and her have that conversation. You can even sort of see a sense of loss in them both that they never really knew their parents throughout what remains of Episode 6 if you pay attention to this sort of far off lost look in their facial features. Leia still has it when she's talking to Han about Luke being her brother.

As far as further disrailment... "Computer, is there a replacement berillium sphere on board?" :)

BAD WRITING!
George Lucas can't even keep his own story straight. Oh, and he fires anyone who tells him he is making mistakes. He would probably drop them into a Rancor pit.
/amen

I wish I could argue against you here.. but yeah, it's bad writing.

Actually my take on it originally was the the mother had died after birth. Based on Leia's answers I assumed she was simply recalling the connection that is often made as soon as a child is born.

I think I got that feeling because her memories were feelings, and often times children and even adults have that connection with their mothers from birth. Maybe it's just me but I don't have a problem with the way it went (other then Padame's death sucked).
