I know for a fact that any child he has touched is going to grow up hating themselves. They will probably want to kill him when they grow older. I can't say whether or not he should be condemned.
But lets put it in a different light where I can say what my "instinct" says, call this the dark inner voice of Whar:
Lynch the son of a bitch.
He has made a giant child trap, with which to destroy their lives.
Okay... on the other shoulder you have:
He is human, we all have condemnable flaws. We all make mistakes, and the hierarchy that society has placed on our sins aside, the wage of it is Death. Just as I am broken, he is in more clear and visible way to us. I am 100% sure he knows it is wrong. If he aknowledges it or not, that is for his maker to weigh and judge. He may get by with this one, but there's a cashier waiting at the end of his buffet line, and he'll have to pay up.
Trial is about over, will Wacko Jacko be found guilty?

In that case carry on. I'm very into politics and read that as the spin people put on things to make it fit their world veiw. My mistake.

He was just acquitted of all 10 counts. Money can buy anything.

He's still getting paid while 'on' trial. At a rate where he's still making money over the cost of the trial for crying out loud. He goes to prison... he still comes out rich off of interest. And 'he'd' probably 'like' going to 'pound me in the pooper' prison. : p
He wins even if he loses. And, that's why Mr. Jackson always has a smile.

No, he is always smiling because they ran out of skin around his nose and they have to keep pulling it tighter and tighter with every new one.
How is he making money? The guy declared bankruptcy a while ago, didn't he?

His albums still sale like hot cakes... and isn't 'Fantasy Land' or whatever it's called still his property? I mean, come on, he's messing with the system somewhere. I doubt Mike is eating the 50 cent tacos right now as it were.

Just goes to shoe if you slander the acuser enough a jury will come back with not guilty even if they witnessed the crime themselves and they have ya on tape doin the deed (not that there was any of that kind of evidence here I'm just being sarcastism and cinical). Durring the interveiw after the jurry was pretty shy and timid but once a reporter asked about what they thought about the mom they jumped on the chance to voice how much they hated her.
The reading of the verdict would have been more accurate if they came out and said that they found the mother guilty of being greedy.
Serriously, is it justic when a criminal trial turns from charges against the accused to a trail about someone else on things that doesn't have any serrious barring on wheather the crime was commited or not?

Is it justice? Not really, but is it how defense lawyers are told to act? Yep. The best defense is a good offense, and if a lawyer can manage to spend all their time making the jury doubt the witness' story, then the jury can't spend time doubting the defendent's story.Serriously, is it justic when a criminal trial turns from charges against the accused to a trail about someone else on things that doesn't have any serrious barring on wheather the crime was commited or not?
Is it honourable? Not in the least bit, but lawyers are paid top-dollar to see their client is free (as often times--especially in high-profile cases--the defendent writes it into the contract that the defense attorney will see barely any cash if they lose), so they will sometimes go to any lengths to make that happen.

his albums don't sell like hot cakes...his last album, which was a GREATEST HITS album didn't even get anywhere near making platinum
he took a $200 million loan from sony that he is about to default on because he cannot pay it
I can't even imagine what he was paying per day on legal fees
the ONLY way he makes money now is from revenue off the Beatles song catalog...and rumor is he might have to sell it to ever get out of the red...I only hope that McCartney/Ringo can get their songs back...

Not to get into a whole big thang about some other person's money, but Michael Jackson is far from financially strapped. Cash poor, but asset rich.
While his music hasn't sold domestically, his last 2 CD's went multiplat everywhere but the U.S. That is still at least eight digit figures to him.
The Sony debt is around 200 million, but that Beatles music catalogue appraised at 1 billion. So, ironically, Jackson could sell the catalogue, pay off the debt, and have more *cash* on hand than he's ever had before. And this is not even accounting for the ownership of his own music's catalogue.
Legal fees are nothing if he makes that catalogue sale and as stinking rich as the surviving Beatles are, they're paupers compared to every mega-corporation that will be lining up to bid for that catalogue once it goes on the market.
The nausea from that would be hearing "Eleanor Rigby" in a depression medication commercial and "Lucy in the Sky" selling DeBeers diamonds.

::grins:: Ok, I stand corrected. Thanks, Skor. But, it always feels like a blow to the little people when the questionability of the rich guy walks off scott free and it just doesn't quite feel right. But, that's why gut feelings don't apply in court as well.
