Well I can't really make out the symbol on the tail of that c-130, but by the paint pattern it is definately not US. That gives you South America or Europe. Possibly some former Soviet Block if they purchased 130's from us.

Yeah well... From experience I can tell you that rules don't exactly mean anything in some countries.

Hell I could have hopped in a fully armed Mig-29 in Uzbekistan and probably fired it up before anyone was the wiser. People do things a lot differently in other countries.

It is actually quite scary some of the things I have seen, looking back now. It was kind of a rush at the time.
