And the specialty coffee thing seems to me to be one of those I was born after 1980 things too. I know my sister-in-law and all her friends are big into that coffee house crap. I noticed that trend starting in high school. There were huge differences between seniors and freshmen when I graduated. It was odd because it seemed as though my class was the last one to be a normal group. I guess we were the end of whatever pepsi generation that was happening. Everyone after us had completely different tastes in music and clothing.

My analysis...

Panthers fans, still got similac on their breath.

From the AP okay not really

Bears now facing insurmountable deficit, down 7-0 to Carolina the Bears are forced to play desperation come from behind ball. The Bears know them having to kick 3 field goals in the game's remaining 56 minutes means the game is likely out of reach.

Despite the Bears losing they really showed that they are going to be a better teams next year with Rex as the regular QB. I never would have expected a game to be lost by the Bears DEF, their offense is going to be soooo much better next year I think people have good days to look forward to.

Assuming he doesn't sprain a pinky or step on a rock funny. That guy's injury prone.

Yeah, Bear's D really dropped the ball this time. I don't know why Tillman didn't intercept Smith on the 80 drop/screen passes they made. Our corners typically start reading those if you throw more than 2 of 'em per game. I was pissed at Tillman all game. First he FALLS DOWN on the first play of the game to give Smith a walk-in touchdown. Then he tries to jump-ball him for a ball that's coming down on the 1 yard line, which he EASILY could have swatted rather than tried to catch and instead winds up losing the tug of war on. Then there was the whole not cutting off those umpteenmillion screenpasses. Ugh.

But I thought Grossman did a fantastic job. If this were any other game this year we would have destroyed Carolina. Bears get 21 points and we DON'T win? That's absurd.
