Well, these are the groups which are out to grind xp.
As often mentioned, Kashyyyk is more for questing and collecting loot stuff than actually getting xp. I've spend hours doing quest stuff and are not even close to having done half of all the quests.

And there are some very nice drops, including swordsman weapons. The blade of Nyenti'Oris has already been mentioned, it's devastating, even in my tka hands.

And Isleh already mentioned the stunning environment and surroundings on Kashyyyk. Including cages! ;)

If all upcoming expansions are like RotW, then i'll stick with SWG for a very, very long time.

If it makes you feel any better Ekade. I don't have it either.

Not much of a quest person and dont' really care for the lewt rewards. I know i'll get it sooner or later, but right now I'm in no rush for it.

It never really appealed to me as much as JTL did. LOL I've had that for 3 almost 4 months and now I'm getting more into that

I still say hold out till they make it part of a free combo, or make someone buy it for you (if they want you to have it so bad)

The rest of us will just be whining when they do that (like they did with JTL, realeasing the orig., jtl, and ROTW for $30... the DL for Rotw a couple weeks ago was still $24-29 or something.

you can wait it out. unless you want fake arms.

Is is possible to get that sword without the expansion?

Yeah.. part of my problem is that I stopped enjoying combat in SWG well over a year ago. I've tried giving it a chance but I am stubborn I guess, I've convinced myself that is is not fun (or perhaps the game itself convinced me of that ).

Maybe I need to participate in some group hunting that shows me what fun combat is like. If that is sufficiently compelling, then perhaps ROTW is worth a look.

My "problem" is that people want to RP with me when I am on, not hunt. But that is a good problem to have. I'll take RP over hunting anytime.

The only good fake arm is the rez arm that can rez someone every 15 mins.

Combat is not a huge part in Kashyyyk untill you get to the lower levels towards the nightspiders and the shadowlands. Most quests are pritty easy unless you have to fight a high level rare spawn npc.

I just enjoy doing the quest's and fighting grevous on a regular bases with a few jedi friends and a doc.

why is grievous on kash anyway, I havent heard the explanation for that. Is there even an attempt at explaining it?

Well I am done "hyping" the expansion. Ekade probably won't be getting it and thats ok. I accept that and will move on with my life.

Does this mean that events should not be held on Kashyyyk? No. There will be other expansions and more players who may or may not get them. Personally I intend on having Jabe disappear for a while on Kashyyyk for a while not to return for some time. I enjoy Kashyyyk even thought I haven't done any of the quests just yet.

I don't think we should curb RP because some people won't have an expansion. Most serious players will have all the expansions.

I was looking for information, not hype.

My concern was that the expansion would fizzle kind of like the last one did. I wanted to wait and see if this one would do the same.

Well if Ekade isn't buying it I for one am going to boycott going to Kashyyk until at least mid October. Possibly not until next June.

Well it is not technically greivous. It is a creation made by a mad doctor and is called the N-K Necrosis. He has body guards and uses a lightsaber and looks like him so i have the right to call him grevous despite what he really is. I have a theroy that the scientest some how aquired one of the schematics of greavous and then put it to droid parts. So this greavous is not part real but all machine but that is pure theory.
