With that being said, has anyone from Chicago played the underground lotto? You play using the numbers on TV but everyone pays in cash. If you win you pick up the money in a suit case, no questions asked.

The guy that runs it has a FAQ about not getting caught and he keeps 10% of the winnings. Of course nobody knows who he actually is.
