If they took doctor buffs out of the game, it would solve a lot of other issues. Then again that would be a large economy (and possibly a profession) that would get destroyed.

Buffs have lead to almost everything in the game being solo-able. It has lead to constant spamming of speacials. It has lead to 75% of the server going around in full composite armor. It also killed the group theory.

Not to mention that weapons are all made for the max possible damage and speed. Little thought is given to HAM cost because the assumption is the wielder will always be buffed.

There really is no more finesse when it comes to fighting anymore.

The funny thing is that when people talk about their favorite memories.. they often include hunting stories of the time before buffs and composite.

Yeah I remember when we use to tactics to finnish missions and I could spend a day with 5 or 6 people running around trying to finnish it all but now people sit at outpost lookin for solo groups to take on rancor or mokks and no one interacts with one another in those

I accually meet to good friends when a buch of people on Lok where trying to take down the Kimo's at Kimo city...good time, good time.

I understand your argument. But you know what I hardly get any time in game. A few hours a week total usually like 3-6 tops and when I am on typically it's very early in the morning like 7am-9am CST so no one is on so I have to be able to solo or else I'd never be able to do anything.

Bah. I despise buffs. No fun what so ever. I set my ham up so I wouldn't need buffs to go do PVP or PVE. I have fun, I solo the hard mobs. Yea, it takes me a while, but I don't have to go out get buffed to have fun. To men, buffs ruin the whole group mentality. Other than the handful of places like the corvette and DWB, there's really no point to grouping. All the more reason my prof is really worthless.
