Have to disagree with you there.
How about I start throwing out human racial slurs? Maybe I should RP a child rapist and murderer character. What if I invented a character whose sole purpose was to hound you every minute you were logged into the game universe and annoy you?
I'd say there are certainly RP limits.
Especially when they disagree with game/SW content.
Look, I realize I'm in the vast minority here, and that I should probably just stop fighting what I consider to be the good fight. Like I said before, we have wookiee Imperials RPing on this board, there's Ties that have shields that can hyperspace, and there's more Jedi in this universe than you can shake a stick at. I've already lost the cannon debate. Sony lost that debate for me, and it's just one of MANY reasons why Lucas Arts gave them the heave-ho.

Since I'm the ONLY person here on the anti-spice-wagon, allow me to take your comment personally.
First, you're making a grand assumption here, and you know what they say about making asses out of the both of us.
I've done drugs. More than my fair share of them, and you know what? I kinda regret it. That being said, it has NOTHING to do with my position on them in this game. I think I've said the word
CANNON more times than anyone should in a thread about using spice in an event, but since you evidently didn't read it the last 20 times I said it, I've put it in all caps, bolded it, and made it red so it stands out a bit more.

I've never flamed anyone for doing spice or drinking in-game. Heck, my character is a MASTER SMUGGLER. I've made more of it than people have actually taken combined on this board just to reach Master. I've even taken a bunch of it in game, but not in character.
My point, just to reiterate for everyone here since the newcomers to the argument aren't reading the entire thread, is that there is NO reference in any of the movies to people taking spice, or at the very least a spice that is craftable in this game. Death sticks? Questionable, and not clear cut based on film cannon. Jabba's hooka? The burden of proof lies on those who would like to prove it was spice. Remember, only the films count as cannon.
I'm offically coming unhinged because everyone's trying to have an endaround run on my argument on film cannon. I've got Lucas on my side. You've got unofficial expanded universe on yours. I'm officially bowing out of this debate now, so you can continue to try and prove that the act of doing drugs is somehow Star Wars cannon.
It's unfair of me to continue this debate as I'm not currently playing the game, nor participating in Jabe's event. So, as unspitefully as I can say this (and truly, I mean zero spite by saying this), do as many drugs as you guys feel will further your story.
Have fun.
