Great story Dossk!!! I love how you integrated the Trandosian culture. I love it when players add their racial attitudes and philosophies to their roleplay. I try to do the same thing, acting bewildered by strange human customs, etc.

I enjoyed how the "animal" was trying to come out, yet the intellect kept it in check. That concept has always fascinated me. The whole hunter mentality was very captivating.

When you first mentioned "slave race", I thought you were talking about twi'leks. :) Is there some commonly known history between Trandosians and Wookiee's that I should be aware of? It sounds like there is based on your story.
First of all.. Thanks, Ekade! :D An' Sepiv too!

Dossk's got a big problem.. He was raised by humans to start. Then he dove into his Dosh herritage. So now he's this human/dosh hybrid akin to an almost Jeckyll & Hyde.. Someday, something's going to give and half of his upbringing's going to have to give in to the other half. He was designed that way in order to mirror Star Wars' fight of light agianst dark. :)

Now for a short reply on Trandoshan culture. Heh.. Check this macro:

Perhaps you and I will have a discussion about the Goddess some day. :) The true Goddess, of course. :P :P :P This will be fun because both Ekade and myself know very little about trandosian culture. We'll both learn. :D

Now we just need a reason for our characters to interact. Ekade knows all the characters you bumped into in your story, so I am sure something will come up over time. :)
Ah.. Organic RP. The best! Not forcing anything, but just sitting back and watching the characters evolve. Yep. Dossk's found a place to hang his pelts.. :D :D :D

Reasons anyone's character and Dossk would ever talk in a forced situation.. If it didn't start with "I could pay you..." quite honestly, Dossk probably wouldn't listen. :/ But hey.. He's that kinda dude... Now if anyone was to ever meet his "half brother..."

Pay attention to last names. ;)

It sounds like you have some really interesting stuff cooked up for your character. I love it. There is depth there, and a lot of potential.

It's is the imperfections and the flaws that make a character interesting.

I have followed a similar concept. As much as Ekade wants to be "perfect", she is far from it. She has even hurt a great many people because of it. She is evolving into a more enlightened creature now, more down to earth and confident. Her in-game husband is to credit for this. He is a very thoughtful teacher.

Yes, I very much hope we get a chance to interact through Organic RP. :D

Thanks for all that interesting information, Novall. While I did know those things about Wookiees, I knew next to nothing about Trandoshans. It sheds a lot of light and really will make me look at Dossk with a bit more caution. But I didn't want to hear that Chewy dies. I won't read it and it won't be real.

I don't want to speak too much for Dewbacca, but I find that an interesting coincidence beyond the use of "D" for their character names. And that is the fact that, if Dewy will ever get around to posting his character here *sigh*, you'll learn that he too ended up being raised by humans. And he too delved into Wookiee customs and culture.

Verrrry interesting. 8-)

But does he have the plastic chest to go with the hair?

Novall: "Do you know the Zabrak proverb that tells us revenge is a dish that is best served cold? It is very cold in space, Ekade."

Ekade: "That doesn't mean you have to stare at my chest! /slap"

:D :D

Plastic chest?

Is that kind of like the "armor" that Batman wore in the movies with the nipples?

Did you ahve to remind us of that abomination of a movie? Ugh...

On a related note, I thought Lucas might name the third movie: "Star Wars Forever".

I heard in Episode III Obi Wan has to travel back in time and bring back a Humpback Whale so it can talk Darth Sidious out of blowing up planets. :D :D
