I went ahead and sent temple a trade for Steve Mcnair, hopefully it should go through by Sunday if you accept.

Ugh.. it takes that long? I am kinda screwed then. I won't have time to put in a QB. I better go cancel the trade and try to find someone in the pool.

Does not appear I can cancel it. I guess I am locked in.. So I will have to give up a good player.. or just not play a QB this week.

You have plenty of bad players. And I thought it said it should take effect for week 8 which we're in. But you do need a QB so if you don't think that's going to work drop your spare kicker (he stinks) and pick up a QB. your Spare Def/ST also stinks if you nee another spot temporarily for this week.

This trade will be reflected on the lineup for Week 9.

Sooo.. when do you need to initiate a trade so you can use the players THAT week?

Then I don't know, I thought it said week 8. I checked all the tools and don't see anything giving the delay, nor will it let me as the Commish expediate the process.

Sorry,

I think this may be a close one Zyre. Not sure how everyone is going to work out. TOO much can go wrong either way.

Yeah Big Ben could have a great game against a Ravens team that is sans
Ed Reed and Ray Lewis, or they might just run the ball for 300 yards. I am really hoping Daunte Culpepper remembers he threw 26 td's last season, to guys not named Randy Moss.

Unless he is throwing them to Taylor I don't want ot see any. But you know I play Ben because he has a lower probability of self destructing than the other QB's in the league. The play safe football in pittsburgh.

Oh yeah. I don't think it helped you at all that culpepper's knee decided to ravel in a direction it was never intended to travel... I was still a bit concerned till I saw gates had 2 td's (at the in-laws, no comp access, just 1 game on)

Drunken Monkeeeees running back Reuben Droughns was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence early Tuesday, reports the Cleveland Plain-Dealer. The alleged offense occurred early Tuesday morning after Droughns was pulled over for going 50 mph in a 35 mph area. He then blew the legal limit of .08, according to Lt. Rick Zwayer of the Ohio State Highway Patrol. There is no word at this time about possible fines and suspensions. Reports are showing that the Drunken Monkeeeees coach has decided to bench him for at least the coming week.

The coach was quoted as saying, "What the hell did they expect? Look who he is playing for."
