THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE THIS ONE, ITS MOSTLY A RANT. BUT IM SICK OF WASTING MY TIME WITH CRAPPY ANSWERS AND THEM CHANGING STUFF AND SCREWING ME...
CSR Chris R.: What kind of lag, are you getting the lag where you will freeze or the stuttering lag

war sloth: it shows on my task manager too... I took screenshots of the meter...
war sloth: the game was fine before the CU and ROTW
war sloth: I turned the graphics down and everything, the only thing that helps is if I zoom into first person and stare directly at the ground
CSR Chris R.: Yes I understand that, but I would highly recommend getting a 256MB video card, the requirements went up some when ROTW came out
war sloth: I can use the map to navigate that way for checking harvestors and such, but thats it, if something attacks me im screwed

war sloth: so the whole game changed, even though I dont have ROTW
war sloth: I have been waiting to see if there's a fix available before making a descision to buy ROTW or quit alltogether

CSR Chris R.: 128MB video will still run the game, but it will not run it all that great
war sloth: so a game that used to run very smoothly, is now barely playable? and I have to go pay more money to upgrade my computer to play it?
war sloth: And all the time and money I have already put in this game just get flushed?
war sloth: I didnt change anything, you folks changed the game so it wasnt compatable with my machine, or my video card. Even turning stuff down all the way, the game is unplayable.
CSR Chris R.: You do not have to but I would recommend it form better game performance, it is stated on the box that game play may change
war sloth: GAMEPLAY.... not game requirements
war sloth: is that in the EULA?
CSR Chris R.: Yes but look at JTl, before it launched you could run the game with 256MB of RAM, now if you try to run the game with that you will get a message saying that you do not meet the minimum requirements
war sloth: I have spent a lot of time talking to people trying to get this fixed. I get the impression no one really cares. Even though I am paying for this...

CSR Chris R.: Have you tried rolloing the drivers back to a previous version
CSR Chris R.: Sometimes that does help

war sloth: you guys told me to upgrade them
war sloth: then told me to reinstall direct x (both gave no result)
CSR Chris R.: Yes we always recommend upgrading them, but sometimes, every computer cannot run the newest drivers
war sloth: some guy even told me it was zonealarm and my router, he didnt see me telling him it was graphics lag...

war sloth: Your hours are terrible, and there is supposed to be a menu to edit/cancel subscriptions.

war sloth: that's convenient. How bout they Redo it back in, so customers can follow the instructions and close the account. it has been removed for several months now.
war sloth: and my brother used to play but they messed his account all up and he ended up paying for several months while he thought it was cancelled.

war sloth: Im complaining, Tell them customers are pissed. You know if customers get ticked and leave then people lose jobs...
