Yup, 5 days later I get my reply. I agreed up front under item 5 of the TOA that if I was paying in advance, that was exactly how long I was invested. Sorry 'bout your luck. So my gesture of quitting to show my frustration was pointless. I'll either be back by around then anyway because of patches or the game will be considered doomed. Who's laughing now?
